The world of SEO keeps changing or should I say evolving every minute, and Google is working on making new algorithms as you read, and maybe they release a new algorithm by the time you end reading this article. More than five hundred algorithms are released each year with minor changes because Google is working on making its services better every minute.

SERP is the page that people don’t know much about how it actually works and how does it display the indexed and ranked information on websites.

a)    Answer box

The answer box is also known as a featured snippet and is a section right below the search bar. This box typically answers the query thoroughly and is a section that mostly displays the results with the most relevant answer. So, if you aren’t structuring your material in a way that it can answer a user’s intention, then you should.

b)    The panel of knowledge

Also, known as the graph of SERP, which is located on the right side. It displays information regarding an organization or a special event; for example, you are looking for a business with its name or individual entities. The core information will be shown in this graph which includes dates and little related details.

c)    Section: People also ask

If the answer box didn’t answer your question then, maybe the queries contained in this section might. This section includes various questions or topics people search on along with the title which can be a question, a headline, or any long tail keyword from the material of websites. As the title of the section says, these questions are asked by people over the internet to get an appropriate response from the search engine.

d)    The organic results

The results are revealed after showing all the above information, as this is the part which is based on a result of very complicated algorithms. These results should satisfy the needs of a searcher if all the above sections weren’t able to. Sometimes the upper sections show material from some part of the sites presented here but not all of them.

e)    The video results

If there are any videos related to your search, then you will see them somewhere between the organic search results. These videos should be from any social platform. These videos also answer most of today's queries. If you found any Facebook video useful then you can save or download them for later use with the help of a Facebook video download tool. You might see images for your searched queries because Google knows which best suits your query.

f)    Related Searches or entities

The end of the page or the last part exhibits related information and is presented in a horizontal slider. So, if there is anything else that is related to your search will appear here, and the searches related differ from how the upper sections were exhibited. It usually is based on the associated queries like people also have searched. Below it, you will see the breadcrumbs to navigate to other pages where you will just find organic results.

So, what you need to do while creating material for a website? It’s simple, ignore the existence of search engines and write for the people. Creating content that can assist someone in something is more beneficial because search engines follow the intent of searchers.
