Facebook Is No Longer The “Best Place to Work”
Correctness Tone suggestions Full-sentence rewrites
Looking for a new job in America? Guess what, Facebook is no longer your dream workplace.
This year has been a roller coaster ride for Facebook, as the biggest social media platform was afflicted with scandals. The cherry on top is that social media giant has now lost its place from no. 1 to no. 7 on a recent survey by Glassdoor. It is no more an ideal place for employees.
According to the annual list of “100 Best Places to Work in the USA” by the leading job website – Glassdoor, Facebook has lost its touch. The list came out on Wednesday while Facebook is still being publicly scrutinized for misinformation and data handling on its platform.
In the survey “100 Best Places to Work”, conducted by Glassdoor, employees are asked about their feedback, how satisfied they feel with their current employers. Not just Facebook but Google also has dropped to no. 8, three spots down. On the other hand, Apple has moved up to no. 71 from no. 84, which seems good progress, maintaining the same score as last year 4.3.
Microsoft has also moved up a bit from no. 39 to no. 34. However, Microsoft owned LinkedIn secured the 6th place with a score of 4.5. Unfortunate for Amazon though, as it still hasn’t made it to the list having a score of 4.1 that is slightly outside the top 100.
The no. 1 on the list is Bain & Co., a Boston-based global management company. So, if you’re looking to switch your job, don’t miss out on Bain & Co.!
